Well its certainly been a case of hit the ground and off you go since getting here. A good few days with a UK group on some adventure training. We where in the canyon and also climbing where we had a few climbers so where able to look at some leading and also rope skills. They also polished off a good 60km ride on the flanks of mount Kenya. Pretty hot although a couple of pretty big down pours along with some good thunder and lightning. Bit of an issue on mud roads heavy rain, they essentially turn to slick mud which is essentially like trying to drive on ice !
