I headed over last weekend for another Ben day but met Donald for a quick afternoon in the Glen the day before. Cycling up from Oban it was clear to see that lots of people where heading North for the Bank Holiday weekend as Fort William was rammed making the one road through town a traffic jam.
Not that many people out in the Glen we headed up to South West and also Pine Wall. The tree clearing seems to have made a difference in some areas although it is growing back fast. There was a breeze which made the midge less of an issue.
All was finished off with a BBQ at Alans in the evening !
