For anyone interested in the history of Scottish winter mountaineering then there is a very good silent movie about the CIC hut. Certainly looks a little more wintry up there in some of the shots than it is at present.

The image to the left is of the hut pre extension and also with a roof which at the moment is in various spots through the Alt a Mhulin.
